Warranty conditions:

All products are warranted for the period of 24 months from the date of purchase to the end-user. The warranty is limited only to the defects caused by material and/or production faults. The warranty does not apply to accessories and consumables (e.g. battery) and to normal cosmetic and mechanical wear. To obtain service under this warranty, the product, this certificate duly completed at the moment of purchase and original of sales slip including the product name, serial no. and purchase date must be presented. The claim for service can be applied at dealer’s shop or at below mentioned authorized service shops. Only complete equipment will be accepted. In case of eligible warranty claim the warranty period will be prolonged by the period from the date of claim application till the date of taking over the product by end-user, or the date the end-user is obliged to take it over. The issued repair vouchers prove this period.

This warranty is void especially if apply as follows :

• The product was used or installed in contrary to the applicable instruction manual
• The product was damaged by overloading, dirt, insufficient maintenance etc.
• The data mentioned in the documents differ from the data mentioned on the product
• The serial number or the warranty seal has been damaged
• Repair or modification by the unauthorized person
• The product has been used for another purposes, which are usual for consumer electronics
• The product was mechanically damaged by improper, rough or careless treatment
• The product was damaged by using inappropriate media or consumables
• The product was damaged by force majeure 

The end-user, who claimed the warranty repair, is not entitled to receive the parts, which has been exchanged.
The product for repair must be delivered to the dealer’s shop or to the authorized service shop on cost and responsibility of the end-user. In case the fault under the warranty will not be detected the cost of the service will be born by the end-user.
